We welcome your partnership in helping to support and advance affordable and accessible homeownership for all. All Americans have an individual part to play in the path to improving ourselves, our communities and seeing both grace and fairness permeate our country. .

Since our official start as a 501(c)3 on April 4, 2022 Wider Path Home Foundation has:  

  • Awarded $2,000,0000+ in down payment assistance grants

  • Assisted over 286 individuals and families in becoming homeowners

  • Contributed over $30,000 to community organizations to advance affordable housing

  • Trained 139 Loan Officers in community development and affordable housing

  • Held 15 Homebuyer Club sessions, providing financial education to future homeowners

A recent demographic breakdown of our grant recipients is shown below. Applicants identified themselves as:

  • 162 grants: African American (57.9%) 

  • 71 grants: Latinx/Hispanic (25.4%) 

  • 11 grants: Asian American (3.9%)

  • 36 grants: White, Non-Hispanic (12.5%) 

  • 1 grant: Native American (0.4%) 

How to Partner With Wider Path Home Foundation 

Banks and Lenders

Wider Path Home Foundation is actively seeking passionate and dedicated banks/lenders to partner with us in advancing affordable housing through our grant and programming. 

  • Ideal candidates will share our vision of closing the persistent homeownership gap, particularly the significant disparity between Black and White homeownership rates. 

Ambassadors

Wider Path also seeks ambassadors to help spread the word about our grant and programming.  

  • However you are driven by a passion for our mission, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication. By joining our team, you will play a vital role in empowering homebuyers, closing the homeownership gap, and advancing homeownership for all.
